FinFlow is a B2B finance management dashboard designed for small and mid-sized businesses to track revenue, expenses, and performance metrics in real time.
The Problem
The client struggled with complex data presentation and low user engagement. Users found it difficult to interpret financial reports and navigate between analytics sections.
The Solution
I redesigned the information architecture to simplify navigation and structured data visualization using clear hierarchy and modular dashboard components. The UI focused on clarity, minimalism, and quick data scanning.
The Result
The redesigned dashboard improved user retention and reduced report navigation time significantly. The client reported better adoption among non-technical users.
